Why westarted.
LetinAI started in Ahmedabad in 2025. We kept seeing the same thing across Gujarat: diamond units, factories and clinics paying for software that didn't fit their work, then quietly going back to registers and Excel.
Our first projects came straight from that gap — an inventory and billing system for a Surat diamond exporter whose stock lived in registers and in a few senior people's memory, and a defect-detection tool for a textile mill in Ahmedabad. Both started small and grew one module at a time.
That is still how we work. We start with the problem that costs you the most, put a working version in your hands within weeks, and build the next part only once the first one is in daily use.
